Baking pans

1.We use high quality qualified aluminized steel as material, so the baking pans are food safe and can conduct heat evenly.

2.The Alsteel is imported from Korea and Japan with high extension ability. With thickness of 0.8 or 1.0mm, take durability and heat conduction into account.

3.With rectangle metal band in rim, the pans will not uplift when connecting to each other like pans with round metal band. This is because the connecting area is flat and big enough. Meanwhile with rectangle metal band the strength is better than with round metal band.

4.Height of single cup reach to 18 mm which is 3 mm higher than normal ones, thus makes the bread more stereoscopic.

5.Each single cup with a small angle slope, which make the bread can release from pans easily.And the pans also can be pile up to save space.

6.The baking pans are integrated with deep drawn technique so they can be cleaned easily and oil dirt are not easy to left. The turnup rim design also makes the pans smooth.

7.Many different sizes and shapes of single cups for you to choose, no need to make new mold.Overall sizes of trays match main production lines(600*400mm, 738*503mm, 600*800mm).

8.As a factory we can make any size pans as customers requirements, the pans can be used for any food production lines and ovens.

We use precise machinery to manufacturer the tins including toolings by ourselves. This make sure that all of our tins have stable structure.
