2.Alsteel of imported from Korea and Japan have very high extension ability. With alsteel thickness of 0.8/1.0mm and 0.4mm, take durability and heat conduction into account.

3.The cake pans shape looks like cube, so when contacting with other pans the pans will not uplift like bun pans with round metal band in rim. This is because the contacting area is flat and big enough. Meanwhile with turnup rim and reinforcement hidden braces the structure strength is strong enough.

4.Height of pans frame is a little higher than cups, this will protect the pans cups from impact.

5.Each single cup with a small angle slope, which make the cake can release from pans easily.And the pans also can be pile up to save space.

6.The cake pans are assembled by main body and cups, so the overall size can be any sizes without overall mold. It is not like bun pans with deep drawn technique whose overall sizes are fixed into several ones unless making new very very expensive overall mold.The cups are made by deep drawn technique so cups can be cleaned easily and oil dirt are not easy to left.

7.Many many different sizes and shapes of single cups for you to choose, no need to make new mold.Meanwhile we can manufacturer based on customers requirements to ensure the pans can match customers production lines.

8.Coating is nonstick and has good hi-temperature and low-temperature resistance. It is still safe when heated to 230 ℃ or put into freezer.

The coating has very low coefficient friction and can be released easily.

With good abrasion resistance and low water and oil adhesion, the coating will protect the pans from any chemical abrasion.

9.We have our own tooling workshop and all toolings are processed by precise machinery. So the pans are very flat and have stable structure.
