Braces are specially designed into stronger shape which offers better strength. And brace corners are with bumpers design which forms a cushion during impacts.
Brace connections are 2.0mm thickness and are fully welded with L shape protectors. With this the structure is more stronger.
That pans bottoms are uplift a little by braces can protect the pans during impact.

Coating is nonstick and has good hi-temperature and low-temperature resistance. It is still safe when heated to 230 ℃ or put into freezer.
The coating has very low coefficient friction and can be released easily.
With good abrasion resistance and low water and oil adhesion, the coating will protect the pans from any chemical abrasion.
We have our own tooling workshop and all toolings are processed by precise machinery. So the pans are very flat and have stable structure.
