1.Made of 1.0mm or 1.2mm thick Al. Alloy, with high strength, no deformation, high rigidity, high-temperature resistance, good heat conduction

2.Perforated pans have holes in the bottoms, ranging in size from less than 1/8 to 1/4 inch in diameter. The holes allow steam to escape so baked product brown and cook evenly.And also allow heat to hit the crust directly during baking, which causes the crust to get crispier. Thus the bread will be in good shape and have no bubble inside.

3. With the deep-drawn technique, the pans are easy to clean and oil dirt is easily removed.

4.It can be used in various bakery food production, and is very suitable for mass production in bakeries or the machinery line in food factories.

5.Hard Anodized coating features excellent non-stick performance, easy demolding, easy cleaning.

6.Teflon coating, PTFE is a non-stick material, dirt won’t stick to it. Effective at a wide range of temperatures. It can handle extremes of temperature which are suitable for many applications. It is effective at continuous surface temperatures up to 260 degrees centigrade and much higher temperatures can be sustained over shorter periods. It is an extremely durable material.  It offers extraordinary resistance to high temperature and flames because it has a very high melting point and auto-ignition temperature
